<HTML>Seems like the American's have the most straightforward and logical system.

We number them one through twelve... in numerical sequence... based on the whole academic year.

Well, almost. We do have that thing called Kindergarten. That's the school before school that starts at age 5. It lasts for one year, too. It is not a mandatory program in all states, though.

Ah.... God Bless America.

Where we do things in a fairly simple manner.
