<HTML>In detail, no. I do know that NY Telehouse was affected by the WTC atrocity (dust clogged the air intake of the emegency generators), but I'm sure that has been resolved. There have also been a large number of DoS attacks on a number of ISPs (they tend not to publicise these as it puts people off). Just exactly why some routeing is so bad, I do not know, but I have seen some speculation that it may be a form of 'electronic terrorism', i.e. clobber economy by preventing 'pooters from talking to each other. This last may be no more than speculation, but the DoS attacks are real!</HTML>
