Note that this one shows why the 'Northern Alliance' is just that - a local coallition of ethenic Turkmen, Uzbec and Tajic peoples. Note these populations are tremendously underrepresented elsewhere in the country. If we help them overthrow the Taliban how can they be expected to hold onto power for any length of time?</HTML>
