This was an act of terrorism. This is NOT excluded. The insurance commissioners, as of the last time I heard anything, had agreed that all insurance companies would be bound to pay the claims.

Thanks for the concern, Kat. It's also important to ONLY give funds to known entities... there are a LOT of scam funds being set up that will only give 5% of the proceeds to the actual causes.... or less.
