<HTML>But what about the solar magnetic reality? Isn't that what the Maya recorded, the periodic shifting of Sol's magnetic field and the attendant ramifications on little ole Earth? Do these shifts and their interaction with Earth's magnetic field help explain the various alignments of our magnetic field in the past?</HTML>
