<HTML>I have thought for some time Francis that "orthodox" vs "alternatives" debate might bea part of continuous and age old (almost paradigmatic)
debate between "sacred" and "profane" and includes such an episodes as
"Spiritual v Material", "King v Pope", "Romantics v Positivists"and many others. It is the, possibly unreconcilable, basic human dichotomy between the "voice of the heart" and "voice of the brain" which IMO lay at the roots of the problem and despite some attempts at finding the possible ways to integrate those opposed view points I personally do not expect to see this dichotomy resolved any time soon.
