From the Ma'at archives: Are there really radioactive skeletons in the ancient Indus civilisations?

On FAWS this morning, poster Fredrik Sid Trusohamn explains how this mistaken belief might have arisen. and how writers such as Kolosimo and Childress later went on to reproduce the original error.

Although Fredrik Sid Trusohamn doesn't mention it, some of this material was discussed in an earlier article (to which Paul Heinrich contributed) by Nali (2018) on Le Site d'Irna.
