Below are interesting paper. They demonstrate a complete absence of any significant
change in rate of global sea level rise at the beginning of the Younger Dryas. This clearly
implies an absence of any catastrophic influx of global meltwater form North America
and other ice sheets as Graham Hancock speculates. Instead the meltwater pulse (1b)
and accompanying brief rise in rate of global sea level rise occurs significantly after
the end of the Younger Dryas.
