Yes, I suspected as much.
The real problem is that some people, when faced with certain sorts of geological phenomena, sometimes interpret them as having been intentionally put in place: "Nature could not have done that" (e.g., [
irna.fr]), and won't make the effort to understand that there might be another explanation.
