Actually they were made by non-human species, likely cattle.
They are stock (cattle?) tracks radiating out from a stock
tank containing drinking water, which can be seen in
"Mysterious three-mile wide ‘star map dating back 150,0000
YEARS’ found in Hawaii" at [www.youtube.com]

They are over Texas and other places. I have seen virtually
identical examples in Texas, Colorado, and so forth in
person and on aerial photographs.
