I have been able to correspond with some people, who
have visited this site. Trained geologists and archaeologists
have visited this site, studied it, taken sample, and will
eventually write an official report about it. The preliminary
conclusion is that the Ecuador site is that is a rectilinearly
jointed, and deeply weathered bed of (fossiliferous?)
marine sedimentary rock.
I have been promised a copy of the report. If I can get
a copy, I am thinking of using it along with some articles,
which I will acquire, about the “Pyramids of Paratoari” in
Peru in a short article, paper,or both about flatirons and
pseudoarcaheological sites.
Yours,
