<HTML>Weren't the original casing stones on the large Giza pyramid (as evidenced at the top) once painted with red ochre paint? I need a link to a web page explaining this or showing it.

Also, isn't the egyptian hiero for pyramid a little pyramid sitting on top of a red band? Isn't the 2nd giza pyramid built using red granite for a few courses at the base?

Please help.
