One more reason to consign Menzies to the fiction pile and to the garbage pile. I'm just so curious how this "Magnificent Chinese Fleet", managed NOT to be mentioned in European sources. Yes I looked. Or why Europeans remained incrediabily ignorant of China if a few thousand Chinese suddenly turned up in 1434. Columbus for example was looking for the "Great Khan", long after China had ceased to be ruled by the Mongols. Ah, no doubt it was a huge cover up / conspiracy.
May I further point out the Renaissance is considered to have stated c. 1300 C.E.
Menzies handling of sources in his previous fiasco doesn't give me any confidence about this one.
