Granted. Probably. But the question arises which Khufu
and when did he reign. Is Khufu the same individual as
Cheops? There appears to be a very poor ability to date
and identify individual rulers. Indeed, it's not always
known if someone was a king or a god and some rulers seem
to have a thousand year gap in their reign.
Of course, even were it possible to nail down the identity
of an individual (Khufu) who reigned at a specific time and
no other, was it he who built it or merely restored or ren-
ovated it for other purposes.
The names of the gangs are of great interest to me. Can you
lead me to any other of the names? There must have been
hundreds of them no matter what and there could be some im-
portant clues in these names.
