This one is, I think, of particular relevance in this discussion:

At Giza there are, as you admit, "three alignment bases"; i.e., each pyramid has a slightly different alignment.

Another point that should also be borne in mind is that, at Giza, there are several different values of the cubit:

If there was a pre-determined plan, surely it would equally have demanded a cubit of pre-determined measure? So might it be worth considering an alternative hypothesis, namely, that there is no pre-determined plan at Giza?
