What data/evidence would you ask someone to provide in a redating?
We have one suggestive piece, in the case of the sphinx... precipitation induced weathering.
One point does not make a line, though.
Is there any other possibility of other objects that are currently considered contemporaneous being misdated as well? I recall from the West/Schoch/Heston special that there was a stone city with no marking buried a good 50 feet below the level of the rest of the sites in the area. As there are no markings, it is impossible to say how old it is... just like the sphinx.
