I'm not seeing it.

If it was real, I'd expect to see:
* this same ratio (whatever the heck it is you're pointing at) displayed in other paintings.
* special terms within the text describing the relationship of the stars/gods
* more consistancy (the eyes of the gods matching a constellation)
* the basic shapes and angles given a special name (see "the golden ratio" as an example of this... a named ratio.)

That 7.00 line seems totally arbitrary in terms of height/relationship to everything. The lines miss the important elements (feather of Ma'at, Thoths' eye, Horus' eye) and also point to blank spaces in the picture.
