Can you provide any pictures? Your research seems to point to less than 200 years old. I'd be interested to see why you think this.
As stated, I am not familiar with the Illyrian Alphabet. No references seem to be availble online. From the concrete looking structures, Davidovits compared this stuff to Opus Caementium. This re-dates these buried structures to be newer than the Roman Colliseum(50 AD)(please ignore davidovits). This "Thing" could be 200 years old, for all I know. I'd like to "see" what you have.
