As far as I can fathom (still waiting for a little more info), as the is a USA server on sovereign USA soil, it comes under US law. That being so, it will mean that Mr Bauval and his legal team will have to fight it out in the USA, and the best bit is that USA law will take a differing view to all the hysteria that the gentlemen have whipped up on Mr hancock's board. As I said, I am awaiting final confermation of this, but if true (which I suspect it is) them both Mr Bauval and Mr Hancock will be told accordingly by their legal advisors. We shall see over the comming days.
Personally Martin, I would not sent Messer's Bauval and Hancock any e-mail whatsoever, not a vowel or even a consonant, but that just what I'd do.
