<HTML>In my opinion, since no legal libel was committed, I don't believe Bauval and Hancock are going to win.... but then again this isn't the first time they've sued (remember Horizon?).
I'm not sure what it says about their ideas that they defend them not by proving their superiority to other ideas but by lawsuit instead. It reminds me of the way religious conservatives used the law to enforce orthodoxy in the face of the sweeping tide of evolution in the 1920s (remember Scopes?). Only this time it is the radical camp seeking legal redress.
