Actualy, this is a typical fraud of the nationalists. They want to prove that their culture was the one that gave the world everything (like Osmanagic and his "very ancient pyramids") and thus we get the Chinese/Celts/Norse/Egyptians promoted as world travelers who leave their marks all over rocks on every continent.

No, it was done about 1995. Seriously. The rock fell off, someone carved it, and then made a "sudden and startling discovery." You'd be surprised how frequent these frauds are.
