Erm... "Chief of the Archaeology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy"???

Is this an odd placement for this department? I'm only familiar with American schools, and I wouldn't expect to find archaeology under philosophy in an American university. If this is standard, how does this change their approach to the discipline? If this is unusual, does this mean that the school is less than reputable?
