No, they don't. Ordinarily the six numbers would represent degrees, minutes, seconds-- three numbers for latitude and three numbers for longitude. Cairo's location is roughly 30* North by 31* East. So the column of 25s in the results Google returned for you is way off. ... unless I am completely confused.
