Hence: 2.5*x60'x60"=9000" div. by 41000 years=.2195121" per year.

The Solstice Well at Seyne was located at 24* 1' - 23.5= 31'x60"=1860" div. by .2195121= 8473.337 years.

If the variable in the obliquity (2.5*) is correct, then the Solstice well must have been dug around 8473 B.C.

Or, the loacation of the well was not Seyne, but somewhere farther north.
