He says in Chpater 17 of Keeper of Genesis (Message of the Sphinx), that the "cross-quarter" sunrise betwen winter solstice and spring equinox is 14 degrees south of east, and that the Kharfre causeway is also lined in this direction (14 degrees south of east).
