You are having a problem with either dns, something only your isp can solve, or your browser cache, which perhaps clearing your cache may fix. It's not possible that the browser could be the cause of the symptom of not being able to find the site, though there are a lot of other good reasons to upgrade from Netscape 6 to Netscape 7.
