<HTML>Derek:
Thanks for the reply. To answer your question about an original star map: I have that in my posession and I am not going to publish it before it becomes a part of my new book, "THE GIZA NECROPOLIs - a clockwork in stone."I took the advice of my lawyer, my wife and Robert Bauval and decided to publish first.
However, that doesn't mean we can't discuss the maps I have posted.
I am not sure just to interpert your images. I am absolutely sure about 1035 B.C. being the date given by the Giza group, though.
I'll be posting some new maps in the coming week with which I hope to confirm the veracity of what I propose.
Check your prime meridian, Derek, ithas to conform the stars shown on the maps I posted. Whether you agree or disagree with my proposition some things never change, like the stars when viewed from top down, as God might see it.
The map of Giza, you've no doubt noticed, is a mirror image of the sky. Up un til about 150 years ago, all star maps were published this way: the reverse of of what you are showing. Also, I wouldn't go placing too much trust into precessional programs, or soft ware.
