<HTML>I am presuming you are running Win98 or WinME. Go to the "Start" menu, open it and click "Windows Update". An IE browser window will open; click to "product updates". Your computer will be scanned and a list of urgent as well as recommend updates will appear. Download those that are necessary (e.g. if you don't use MSN Messenger, a chat program, do not download it when it appears under recommended updates).

Another thing could be that your copy of IE could be corrupt. Try going to Control Panel 7 Add/Remove Programs; click on IE, press "remove" and in the window which appears tell IE to repair itself. You will need to reboot.

If this doesn't work, let us know.

Cheers,
Mike.</HTML>
