If we are to understand history in terms of civilisations and what not,than there must be a beginning! Presumably, the old ideas of the Peruvian initial period, dynastic Egypt and China, palatial Crete, and mid-4th millenium Mesopotamia as the beginnings of their respective "civilisations" can no longer be looked upon with much confidence, at least as far as orthodox classification is cby darkuser - Ancient History

Actually, theme based cities have been built..... for example, the building of theme parks like Disneyland and the like. The pharaonic style buildings requires oasis-like geography....Vegas happens to be rather fitting.......what happened to that idea of reconstructing the library of Alexandria? maybe they could use the pharoanic style for that....by darkuser - Ancient History
