Going supernova.
QuoteSpaceweather ExcerptFor months, astronomers have been keeping a wary eye on Betelgeuse, the bright red star in Orion's shoulder. What's attracting their attention? All of a sudden, Betelgeuse isn't bright anymore. Its visible luminosity has "fallen off a cliff"--a sign that the star could be on the verge of going supernova.

There was...It was more like a parallel universe on a different dimensional plane.
But just like there were other oceans, continents, planets, stars, solar systems, galaxies...
You would think there are other universes (occupying its on space)

Instead, it may refer to a tree – perhaps the one shown surrounded by ibexes on the same jar. Ashera is briefly mentioned in the Old Testament.

Some food for thought...(of course I cant quantitate any of this speculation)
You have miles of ice on top of Antarctica..basically pushing the continent down into the ocean.
As that ice melts ...rising the ocean.
Antarctica will also rise...contributing to more (or less) ocean rise?

To me...it would seem reasonable to have other universes. Not in the "multi-verse" since, but there would be other universes out there expanding into each other...like galaxies sometimes do.
Perhaps one day an old galaxy will show up accelerating into our universe and people will be like ...."whaaat??" The Big-bang was just part of the Bigger-Bang.

"Earth is entering a stream of debris from Halley's Comet, source of the annual eta Aquariid meteor shower. Forecasters expect the shower to peak on the nights around May 5th and 6th with 30+ meteors per hour. Just taking a stab at the distance.
Say from the tip of Brasil to the tip of Sierra Leone would have been at least 4 or 5 degrees latitude during the Miocene.
The oceans currents would be a lot different from today..definitely warmer.
