Well ... the possibility of nuclear war has been around ever since the atom bomb was invented. That said, I can't exactly see what the Gizamids are doing in the way of predicting the date of the event.

And even less is it easy to see the role of the Antichrist in all this.

Osiris was apparently connected with the planet Venus (although I can't find any mention of such a connection in Hart's "Dictionary.")

But I don't know how either of them would have any role to play in a nuclear holocaust ...
