Life is crazy, but good. Still writing, have a beautiful husky for my companion, and somehow got engaged in the process.
I read the books, so Admiral Ackbar has a bigger role in the universe for me. I'm still adjusting to the "new" universe that's been created that superseded everything I've read for years. Like Star Trek, I have some crankies and issues about continu

Definitely. Plus secretive enough to pull off things Henry wouldn't have due to being a woman. But I still wonder about her and her Master of the Horse, until his wife's death. Saw a few interesting tidbits recently, and it has my gander for research up and running. 😁

Don't forget Anne's joyful contribution to helping him in that regard. She was pro-reform from before she knew Henry. It's through her that he could even conceive the idea of betraying the Church. Big, brash, rude, but pious. He does get credit for that. It took convincing for him to change and he the plenty of help from his right hand man and. Anne to proclaim himself as the King

Since I'm currently reading a couple research books on Bad Ole Henry, I tried hard not to laugh. But from my love of this time period, I'm in agreement here. No one told him "No." No one who lived long term, that is.
It amazes me for all his vanity and his behaviour patterns from his father, I many people have made him this man to look up to because he helped create the Br

If you learn the basics, you can learn to "see" the faces in the bond, but I agree, I adore reconstructions.

*grins* You know I still love the tar pit that's Amarna. But I've also expanded myself. I've gotten into the Middle Ages with a fierceness along with studying the time around the Great Library at Alexandria. (I gots questions and sometimes, just sometimes...I get answers.) Recently, we found out that our family does have a Jewish heritage and so WWII takes on a new meaning for me p

*grins* Thank you for clearing it up. For a moment there I was thinking that you were saying there hadn't been a Trial. Thanks for the extra information. Now I'm curious and considering that this weekend is supposed to be about me and edits-- me doing historical research was not on the cards. LOL
One other question? Are there any other accounts attributable to that time at all that

Temples, Tombs, and Hieroglyphs is my suggestion. *grins* Then I'd start in with the Salem Witch Trial Judge.
Just finished reading The Alexandria Link by Steve Berry. Good book. Now I'll have to get the rest just because. *bangs head on desk*

My gramps would recite in Polish and German, then a bit in Dutch. So, I doubt it. LOL Of course, you might be one of the few people who know the correct way to pronounce it. To make it easier for my readers, I took the "S" sound.
I like the fraudancient, though fraudiancient might be more pronounceable.

I've got to admit, on the history of sex and the psychology of sexuality- the museum would be quite interesting. Especially in regards to the idea that they're not as long as they used to be.

*nods* My gramps used to call my Cynnara when I was young. The poem in question, yes. LOL So, I took it up as my pen name when I sold my first book. It's the least I can do to honour those who gave me my love of history.
Hmm...too big of a mouthful. Perhaps we can coin a term to mean something old yet hoaxfully used. Anci-hoax? Fraudancient?

Hmm, I'm not sure, Roxana. Is there a term to describe that kind of action? *goes synonym hunting* Hoax I like, though it's not complete. Some might truly be an artifact or two, but since they're not Meso-American...ancient-aged hoaxes?
