I have always felt that Khufu was a nut, plain and simple. This is demonstrated by his changing his burial place from below ground, to 'mid' pyramid and then again to a place above that.I suspect the shafts had some meaning outside conventional AE religion. In basic terms they have no meaning beyond that which Khufu himself put into them and cannot be deciphered in context of any informby Hans - Ancient Egypt
Well, no one else will start it so I will - as a questioner not a provider. I suggest we start with where we currently stand with understanding the physical aspects; size, length, direction and internal attributes of the various shafts. I'd be particularly interested in seeing a detail drawing of the various shafts and their interplay with the pyramid's internal structures. Aftby Hans - Ancient Egypt

Could we see your calculations as to how large these sledges would need to be so the ground pressure would not cause the sledge - and the object - from sinking into the snow? it would certainly work for smaller stones, though. I think in time we'll find that there were periodic inflows of folks from H. Erectus to HSS coming into the Americas then dying off or perhaps surviving and being absorbed by the next group.
