Yeah the guy who was making this claim won't show me what is in Borchardt that he says supports this contention. I suspect he is just quoting another fringe person who made the claim and if we ever found the quote in question it wouldn't support the idea or it was just an opinion and not based on any ancient source.

I have only the partial cite above. Does anyone know what book/paper this might be? What title? Comes from a gentlemen who insists that said cite has a reference in it that the ancient Egyptians had the Atur measurement which was their word for 'latitude', it is a measurement but seems to be like a league.

Using tineye it shows it arrived on the net in 2015 and on many Russian pseudo-archaeology, mystery and malware infested sites.

Yes, and that is why we don't believe your ideas about the ancient Egyptians which were based on assumptions you made up and could never support with data, research, logic or experimentation.

Does anyone have any art, etchings or drawings of what state those two pyramids were in (I presume they were covered partially by sand?) before they were cleared and excavated?
Thanks

A thermoluminescence test was performed in 1995 by P. Schaaf and G.A. Wagner which established its age range to somewhere between the 9th century BC and the middle of the 13th century AD, confirming its pre-colonial provenance.
