I hope that this thread gets the attention it deserves but we shall see.

In my pursuit of trying to find Phi in various places I was eventually led to The 3rd Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. I found this very exciting but my theory called for Phi to have manifested itself much earlier than that. According to the theory I had been working on it had to have been front and center at the very beginning of The First Dynasty so I set out to see if there was any evidence of this idea. Here is what I found.

The first thing I examined was the oldest artifact I could think of and that was The Narmer Palette. Could this show me anything ?

Here are some images I did of my attempts to find Phi on or in it.

not exactly the stuff that textbooks would be rewritten over. so I dug a little deeper.

and then I did this ...

again not really earth shattering yet ...

but then way up at the top a tiny image of things yet to come. A most interesting image is revealed ...

and any student of Egyptology will easily see the similarity between these images and this ...

I had convinced myself but that was far from what was needed so I went in search of more proof if it existed. I then did something I had not done before because I was too focused on the large pyramids. I decided to examine the tombs at Sakkara from the first dynasty to see if they could tell me anything remembering that my theory states that phi was instrumental in their beliefs and so all temples, and I now assumed tombs as well, would have this ratio front and center.

On Pinterest I found several great examples of these tombs taken from this website. [www.touregypt.net]

Just quickly before moving on the program I am using to determine if any object contains Phi is a PhiMatrix program written and designed by Gary Meisner. It is designed in such a way as to always have the lines in the phi ratio to each other, hence whether large or small Phi is easily checked and is accurate to one pixel. Here are the results of my study of some prominent tombs of The First Dynasty from Sakkara.

It had become obvious that all the tombs, at least the major ones that had been discovered did indeed follow the phi ratio and more than that I was shocked when I saw how similar they were to the later temple designs. I have concluded that yes the most ancient of Egyptians after unification were indeed using Phi in their construction and now that we know where it started let's trace it through their history.
