The idea is dividing the perimeter of a circle, or Earth's Meridian in six and seven equal segments.
360/6 = 60 degrees
360/7 = 51.42857 degrees
These angles in the diagram are in regards to the North Pole. Thus the complementary angles define the latitude of an ideal spot:
1) 30 degrees
2) 38.5714 degrees
30 degrees latitude is close to Giza and the Khufu pyramid.
38.5714 degrees latitude crosses over the land mass of mount Parnassus.
But there are other mountains around the world around this altitude aren't there? Yes. The second tallest mountain in Anatolia - Mount Erciyes(3,917 m), mount Pico in the Azores(2,351 m) - see legendary Atlantis. This means that there were also other factors that led to Greece.
IHSOYS = EIMI H ZOH = 888
