No misunderstanding on my part, Jacob.
My point is that you should always make it clear to all that to the Ancient Egyptians seked 5½ was 1 royal cubit rise to 5½ palms run, but you choose to see and employ it as: rise equals twice the number of palms in one royal cubit (i.e. 7 x 2 =14); run equals twice the number of palms in the run of seked 5½ (i.e. 5½ x 2 = 11).

I don't think so.

Actually, Jacob, it matters a great deal because we need to always identify clearly the source of a ratio - we can't just run around magicking them out of thin air.
