Confusingly, there are two videos:
The title of the first one is
Scanning a Predynastic Granite Vase to 1000th of an Inch - Changing the Game for Ancient Precision!.
The title of the second is
Ancient Egyptian Vase Scan Update! STL file, More Analysis - and Between the Lug Handles.
The vase appears in the first video after some general context shots of other ancient vases (from the Cairo Museum? The Petrie? It wasn't clear).
The example in question is described [
youtu.be] (0:36) as predynastic, and carved out of one slab of igneous granite (for more on granite,
see here): possibly from the Mesolithic [
en.wikipedia.org], so perhaps ca. 5,200 years old or more. In the second video [
youtu.be] (about 19:20), there is a section on "Vase Provenance and Background," which, despite its length, provides little helpful information, besides implying that it might possibly have been recovered from
Saqqarah (20:50).
