The symbol of Horus of Behedet: [ancientegyptonline.co.uk]

It becomes associated with Ra-Horakhty.

Depending on the time period, it may refer to Horus (Old Kingdom) or to all/any solar deity (New Kingdom and later). Generally inscribed on rounded-topped stele. The uraeus was added in the Middle Kingdom (see p.2, etc: [ejars.journals.ekb.eg])
