It's all an issue of statistics. Try explaining statistically how the direction of the two peaks in Sinai(equivalent of G1, G2) are EXACTLY perpendicular to the direction of the two peaks in Greece(equivalent of G1, G2). Then there is the issue of relevance. When bringing up the case of non-Egyptian mountains people in the mb complain of non-relevance to IV dynasty AE. Now I have brought up the case on mountains in the heartland of the Pharaohs. What relevance would we have if we find peaks in Antarctica or China? And of course there is the statistics issue of having a extremely limited number of peaks to look into in African Egypt. So it is hard to consider it a coincidence.
