I am very much aware you believe in external spiral ramps despite the evidence to the contrary and despite the fact that has become rather apparent stones were pulled straight up the side of five step structures. That people resist this easy and evidenced way of building says much more about people than it does the great pyramids.

But!!!!...

...WE weren't talking about the external ramp hypothesis but rather internal ramps that have been disproven by the recent testing. The temperature of the desert is irrelevant to the temperature high in or near the pyramid except to the degree it affects ambient temperature.
