HI,
Ira and I are all hunkered down with our cat Hazel after either tying down
or storing everything loose, filling upour cars, buying supplies, and all the
other needed chores for preparing for Hurricane Ida. All there is to do is
wait and stay tuned to the local news. We will find out how good of investment
the standby natural gas generator that we bought afte Gustav is. It has done
well during severe thunderstorms. This will be its acid test.
No matter how many hurricanes I have been through, there is always
apprehension about how ugly it could get and what "unknown unknowns"
are out there.
Yours,
Paul H.
