You can see its appeal in rebuilding communities that have suffered natural disasters.

Obviously, you wonder how well such constructions will withstand, not only future disasters, but also general wear and tear, etc.

You also wonder if there's any long-term environmental impact.

Still, at least we now know how the Great Pyramid could have been built: the aliens, or Atlanteans, just used a very very very big 3D printer ....
