The general public believes, as if it were religious dogma, that the Egyptian pyramids were not the tombs of the pharaohs of the Old and Middle Kingdoms, because no mummy has ever been found in any of their burial chambers. This study compiles all relevant data on the subject and briefly describes all the human remains discovered inside the pyramids, thus demonstrating that this common belief is fundamentally wrong.
