heh I was getting sucked in until I read that
Follow the money, the man was probably a gun runner for cash & either a competitor or unhappy customer cashed in his chips... or one of his "honeys" did...
This does not mean a government agency couldn't have been silly enough to contract with him... possibly that fast n furious sting that got stung back.
