For what I read in the link you provided, it seems to me that this rock is really fake. I really agree that Israelis do not walk on North America, exactly in New Mexico desert, before Columbus.
You know I have the believe that ancient civilizations lived unless in South America on really very ancient times. Advanced civilizations. But about this rock I believe in the explanation of being a rock put in the entrance of the houses believed to defend the home of negative demonic energies. From me that makes makes more sense. Even though the stone, in my opinion, must be fake, I believe Israelis in America before Columbus cannot be ruled out just yet.
